Event Description
Make plans to join the IGFOA Executive Board, Partners' Forum, and Staff as they say "thank you" to all IGFOA members at a complimentary member appreciation event. Come enjoy networking and camaraderie, lunch, and guest speaker Mike Duffy, for a talk that will educate, engage, and amuse.
About Mike

Mike Duffy is a philanthropist and an author of five books on happiness, resilience and success including: The Happiness Book: A Positive Guide To Happiness! He has a degree in psychology. He has built a Children’s hospital playroom in Kenya and a children’s hospital playroom and music room at a hospital in Uganda. He provides free medical care, surgeries and life-saving medicine to children. As a top-rated inspirational and motivational public speaker, his world-wide audiences include corporations, government organizations like the US Airforce, non-profits like AARP and universities including Stanford University where he has guest lectured over the years. Mike Duffy started The Happiness Hall Of Fame to recognize, encourage and celebrate people and organizations that make other people happy. Some of the many distinguished members of The Happiness Hall Of Fame include: Muhammad Ali, Wayne Gretzky, Jack Nicklaus, Dolly Parton, Tom Petty, Steph Curry, Serena Williams, The Calgary Flames, The Golden State Warriors, The San Francisco Giants, The Wounded Warrior Project, Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity and The Make-A- Wish foundation.

There is no cost for this event for members, but please RSVP by April 24. Government/partner colleagues costs $30 per person.
