Senior Director of Enterprise Fraud Management / Information Security – Fraud & Loss Prevention
Raymond “Ray” Olsen is an accomplished financial crime executive leader with 19 years of professional banking and financial services experience, specifically in Fraud, AML/BSA and OFAC.
He is currently the Senior Vice President, Senior Director of Enterprise Fraud Management at the Wintrust Financial Corporation in Rosemont, IL. Wintrust Financial Corporation is a full-service bank, 65 billion in assets, 200 branch locations in IL, WI, IN, MI and FL.
Ray leads a large team of Fraud Investigative professional fraud analysts, investigators, and leaders. Ray is a former law enforcement officer and a US Army Reserve veteran.

Aimee Briles oversees the Government Funds group at Wintrust Financial and has 27 years of banking experience. For the past 20+ years Aimee has focused on government banking, specializing in the needs of public entities. Aimee joined Wintrust in 2007 and works with the family of Wintrust Community Banks® to deliver innovative products, tailored processes, and exceptional customer service specifically to meet the needs of local governmental units in our communities. Aimee is proficient in her understanding of FDIC insurance coverage options and the collateral needs of local government entities, as well as public fund investment options and rates.
Aimee has been an active member of the Illinois Government Finance Officers Association, Illinois Association of School Business Officials and the Illinois Park and Recreation Association since 2003. She presents seminars to the respective members of each several times a year providing information on industry updates, Treasury Management product enhancements and the current rate environment. She has also served on the IGFOA Professional Education Committee and IGFOA Association Forum.

Registration & Cancellation Policy
Payments by check should be mailed in advance or made at time of registration by credit card.
Cancellation of an event registration is subject to the following policy:
• No refunds will be given for cancellations the day of the event and no shows.
• For IGFOA event registration cancellations five (5) business days or more prior to an event, refunds will be offset by a $50 cancellation fee.
• For IGFOA event registration cancellations within five (5) business days of the training, refunds will be offset by a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee.
• A substitute attendee may be designated provided that the payment has been made and the IGFOA office has been notified in advance.
• Cancellation policy for chapter events may differ from this policy at the chapters’ discretion.
• A written request for a refund must be emailed to the IGFOA prior to the event.
By submitting this registration, the applicant agrees to the registration and cancellation policy above.
IGFOA reserves the right to modify the agenda and/or speakers, cancel the training due to low enrollment, or to close registration if full. Should IGFOA cancel an event, cancellation notice will be sent to the email address provided by each registrant and prominently posted at the IGFOA website page announcing the event.
